- Alfredo sauce
- Cooked bacon (sliced up)
- Cooked chicken (sliced up and seasoned to liking)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Basil leaves
- pizza dough
If you’re not using pre-made dough then make your pizza dough prior to these following instructions.
Set oven on 400 degrees F. In a sauce pan cook bacon and chicken and slice into small pieces. After both meats are cooked, pour 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce onto the saucepan and mix. Add in a few dashes of Parmesan and basil leaves into the saucepan. Leave the saucepan on the burner for about 1-2 minutes to allow the sauce to get warm.
As the sauce is warming, spread your desired oil (olive or coconut) across the pizza dough. Next pour in the Alfredo sauce mixture onto the pizza and spread evenly. If you still have spots on the dough without sauce then you may need to add a little more. Spread sauce until the pizza dough is all covered.
Next, add mozzarella cheese onto the top of the pizza. You can add more Parmesan and basil leaves if you’d like. Finally, put the pizza into the oven for about 10 minutes. Oven time may decrease or increase depending on your desire.
