Aunt Jemima Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix
  • Water
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 or more Bananas depending on serving size desired

Directions:

In a medium sized bowl, add desired amount of pancake mix, add 3/4 of a banana (if you only plan on using one banana), add amount of water that goes along with the amount of pancake mix you are using. Aunt Jemima’s pancake mix box lists the water amount and pancake mix amount on the back of the box. Next add about two teaspoons of cinnamon, this amount can vary depending on amount of pancake mix you are using.

Next combine the mixture together and mash the banana inside the mixture. If you want thick pancakes then your completely combined mixture can stay a little thick, if you want thinner pancakes you can add a little more water to your mixture to help mix everything together. Make sure your bananas are mashed as best as possible.

In a skillet with the bottom covered in oil (I used coconut oil), begin scooping out pancake mixture and adding it into the skillet. I suggest trying to scoop out the same amount of pancake mixture each time so you will have same sized pancakes.Only flip your pancakes once. After making all the pancakes stack them all on a plate.

Next add the sliced 1/4 of the banana that you have left on top of the pancakes. Then add desired amount of syrup. Bon appetit!
