- Fresh asparagus
- Vegetable Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Russet Potato (cleaned and scrubbed)
Clean your asparagus. Next, rub vegetable oil evenly on the asparagus. Then sprinkle salt and lemon juice onto the asparagus. Lastly, you can sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top. Then put on a non-stick pan. Set the oven on 425 Fahrenheit and then allow the asparagus to roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Then serve.
Clean your potatoes, scrub the outside gently to clean off any dirt and debris. Next cut the potato into various slices. Cover each potato slice with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. I’ve also heard you can add rosemary to the potatoes but I haven’t tried that yet. Next add the slices to a non stick pan. Turn the oven on 450. Once the oven is warm, put the potatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes. Then serve.
