- Alfredo Sauce
- Broccoli Florets or desired vegetables
- Cooked Chicken Thighs (cut up into small pieces)
- 1/3 of milk
- 1 Pound uncooked Penne Pasta
In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions, adding salt to the water to add a bit more flavor to the pasta. Drain well.
In a saucepan, on medium heat, add 1/3 of milk, Alfredo sauce, broccoli, and cooked chicken. Cook until everything is heated throughout and mix well. You can cut the chicken into pieces while in the sauce pan.
Next pour the sauce mixture on top of the pasta and mix well. You can serve it like this if you want, however, next I added some Parmesan cheese and mixed it throughout the pasta. Then with the oven on 350 degrees F, I put the Alfredo into a cooking pan and let it cook for about 8 minutes in the oven, then served.
